Before requesting the transfer, kindly check that the following apply to the domain at your current registrar:
- The domain is more than 60 days old;
- The domain has "Unlocked" status;
- The domain has "Theft Protection" disabled;
- The domain is showing customer's current information for the administrative contact in Whois (as that is where the authorization email will be sent to);
- The domain should be active (Not over grace period).
If all the requirements are met, please send us the EPP code from your domain registrar to initiate the transfer.
